The Younix® branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 to 5 years from the moment of purchase (EU Directive). Each product has its warranty explanation under its specifications on the website. This warranty applies to all the Younix® branded products except product not made or branded by Younix®, and products purchased from an unauthorised dealer or seller.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it at our cost. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Other damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for the Lifetime warranty are covered by the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty against bending or cracking of the Barbells, Rigs, Racks and Storage does not cover any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling.
Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the barbell (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces and similar usage).
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the Younix Warranty Department with completed Return Form. All shipping due to Warranty issues will be collected by us at our own expenses. Younix will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Our policy requires that products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
Younix is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property.
Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?
The Younix Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Younix product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colours fading, abrasions of whatever kind, rust coming from abrasions or scratches or at the cuffs/pockets from rubbing when you walk and general breakdown of the materials over the years.
How do I send my product in for repair?

Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid, the package is insured for full replacement value and you use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Please mark the areas in question on the product with coloured tape or masking tape, so we can find them easily, and make sure that your note describes their location.
Please send the product in clean. Please brush off any dirt, and sponge clean, if needed. Barbells, med balls, kettlebells could have debris of blood, sweat, chalk and dirt and if you not clean enough to work on will be returned to you. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but we want to ensure the health and welfare of our Warranty Department staff.
Will my product be repaired or replaced?
If your warranted product by Younix fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.
If your Younix product has special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please indicate so on the Return Form and we will not replace it and it will be returned to you.
Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your product until it is returned to you. In some cases we can get it back to you sooner. In some cases, it may take longer. During peak season our turnaround time can be longer than eight weeks. If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you.
Who pays for shipping?
As stated in our warranty policy, the customer doesn’t pay the shipping charges to send products to the Warranty Department. Younix will absorb the return shipping charges using regular mail. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs or money-back warranty are at the owner’s expense.
What do repairs cost?
The cost of non-warranty repairs varies from one repair to another, depending on the cost of the materials and length of time it takes for us to do the repair. After your product is evaluated, we will send you a letter with the final repair costs, and request that you call us to approve the charges.
How can I find out the status of my repair?
You can track your package with your shipper to determine if and when it has been delivered. Once we have received your product by Younix in the our Warranty/Repair Department, we will send out an email that will let you know the status of your repair. Again, our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the day we receive your product at our facility until it is returned to you.
What if I just need replacement items not displayed on the website?
You can take a clear picture of your broken item and send it to email@example.com. We will send out an email that will let you know if we have this product in stock and its cost.
